If I could change something about myself it would be ripping off my hearing aids and stomping on them, I wish I could hear normally.

If I could change one thing about myself, it would probably be the constant ringing in my ears.(Some of you might understand what I mean!) Ever since I lost my hearing about 9 years ago (wow, has it been that long?), I've had this annoying sound in my head. I truly miss the days of REAL peace and quiet! The closest I can get is going to a park and sitting away from all the noise and listening to what I can hear of the gentle breeze and the birds.

Oh gosh, this is a hard one! Yeah, I can give the steriotypical response that 'I wouldn't change anything,' but then I wouldn't really be answering your question, now would I? lol Let me see.......(thinking)......I guess if I could change something, it would be my ability to be patient. I have a hard time sitting back and waiting for something to happen. Mr. Brewer teases me every year for my birthday and Christmas, saying that he can't bring home a gift until that day because even if it were wrapped, he thinks I'd open it early! I don't recall ever being so impatient that I opened a gift, but I have always asked him a million questions about what he got for me! And going along the same line, I absolutely can't stand it when someone does something that they know that they shouldn't, but do it anyway (like family or friends at church). If I had more patience with them, then I would allow them to figure out their own mistake instead of pointing it out to them. This is especially true with my four sisters (yes, four sisters and no brothers). Am I the only one that likes efficiency to the point of perfect effeciency?

Wow, that is a hard question!! I don't know what I would change if I got the chance to. It would change my personallity if I did change somthing about me. I think I would change my Lazyness. I Guess, that is the best thing I could think of! That is a good and hard question!

2/2 Erin, I really like your answer about your personality being changed! Good thinking.

If I could change anything about myself, I would change my Self-Confidence. I have NONE WHAT SO EVER!!! If I had a stronger confidence in myself I believe I could accomplish so much more in my life. Even if I had enough confidence just to walk up to a complete stranger and start a conversation, I think I'd be happy with that.

Am I understanding Justin that you want to become a better student with good study habits and a stronger sense of self-confidence? You have really matured since leaving Becky-David! When did all of this 'new way of thinking' start?! (If it's any consolation, I don't do well in testing situations either! I've learned to just go 'with my gut!') And for the record- this wiki space just proved itself to me as I am happy to see the growth (in my former students)! Thank you Ms. Cobb for your envision and work in getting this space set up!

If I could change anything about my self it would be, having to wear hearing aids (because I hate wearing them all the time). I rather let my dogs have them and let them do what ever they want with them.

I would have to agree with Ms. Becker, I would love to have more self-confidence! I don't have a lack of self-confidence when it comes to social interactions, I have no problem being the center of attention. (haha) The self-confidence I lack is in my interpreting abilities! I always tell myself I am the worst interpreter ever, I NEED TO STOP THIS!!! I need to focus on what I do right, not dwell on what I do wrong!

Mrs. Boschert

I would also change my patience because evrytime my brother talks I always talk over him. He would get really mad at me!
Erin (again)

2/9/09
Uh- oh....a sister talking over her brother?! Never! lol Erin, you just made me laugh because you remind me so much of myself with my sisters! And I can TOTALLY see Justin getting mad at you! Isn't that what siblings do best?!
Mrs. Brewer

LOL!! Yes that is what siblings do best! HaHa. But I think that all siblings do that to each other. Right?
Erin

If I could change something about me, I wish I could sit in the back of the class because I always have to sit in the front. I get a little bit embarrassed because I don't want the teacher's eyes watching at me.
